On the sunny side.

We don’t yet have the daisies blooming, but we’ve had wonderfully clear skies the last couple of days. So I chose this image with its tutti-frutti bokeh for today’s post.

  2. What a magical shot! I am longing to see daisies again!!

Thank you for your kind comment on my blog….yes the cardinal shot was taken with the 70-300mm. The Macro lens was used on the shot 2 posts before that of the flower petal.

  3. This certainly is a great picture. To me photographing Daisies is always fun because they are a simple but elegant flower. I like the touch of pink on the flower itself. We almost named one of our dogs Daisy but decided on Ruby Tuesday at the last minute.

Your previous post of the Daylilies (Hemerocallis) 😉 is wonderful too. It isn’t easy being a flower photographer in the winter but you are doing an excellent job on brightening up my winter and keeping some hope of spring alive. God bless you for that.

  4. Beautiful photos! I just found your site. It’s amazing. I love photography too but I don’t have your knack. I never thought of photos as looking like paintings but you’ve certainly proved they can! You’re inspiring me!!
