  1. Great photograph, it has a slightly green tint which suits it perfectly, and it looks as thought it is a reflection although, I don’t actually think that it is. Lovely.

  2. We had lots of snow last week, too bad it’s all gone now.
I hope it will snow again on Christmas Eve.
    Haven’t seen White Christmas for a while…

By the way, I’ll be away from 24-28 December.
So I will catch up with you after the 28th.
    You have a great Christmas!

  3. This is simply beautiful! Kala….your use of muted light to silhouette the branches makes this photo a piece of art…i like it.

Merry Christmas Kala from our house to your house.

  4. Oh, yes, Kala. It is indeed here, with more snow predicted for us today. It’s the sixth White Christmas in our neck of the woods in the past 100 years here in Holland. I love it.

  5. What an awesome image that says so much for this holiday time of year! The snow is gently falling and a white Christmas around the corner, and another incredible image from Kala to grace my screen! Merry Christmas to you and your family!!

  6. Although there’s a random, graphic simplicity to this Kala, the bare emptiness of the branches create a beautiful atmosphere.

Happy Christmas to you and your family.

  7. I think this is just glorious! It captures the very essence of deciduous trees in winter. I love the way the sun strikes the tree trunk to give a touch of warmth.
Have a very Happy New Year and a peaceful and fulfilling 2011.
